Splits: Plan your gym workouts ("the App") is operated by Navitech. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only what Apple chooses to share.

Workout & Training Data

We store the workout splits, training days, exercises, sets, reps, and routines you create inside the app. This data is tied to your account and synced to our servers.

Apple Health Data

With your explicit permission, the app reads height, weight, and date of birth from Apple Health to auto-fill your profile. We do not write to Apple Health and do not store this data on our servers.

Profile Photo

If you upload a profile photo, it is stored securely on our servers and is only used to display your avatar within the app.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the app's core features
  • To sync your workout data across sessions and devices
  • To calculate progress metrics, streaks, and statistics
  • To send push notifications about your workouts (if you opt in)

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS). Your account is protected by secure authentication tokens.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

  • Apple HealthKit — used to read biometric data with your permission. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
  • Sign in with Apple — optional authentication method provided by Apple.
  • Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — used to deliver workout reminders if you opt in to notifications.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
